What is Physiotherapy?

The physiotherapy is a treatment to help in improving patients’ mobility, function, and well-being. Physical function restoration is the fundamental goal of physiotherapy, whether due to injury, disease, or disability. This medical discipline uses various methods and activities to treat impairments, enhance rehabilitation, and prevent future issues.

For physical rehabilitation, physiotherapists are essential. They diagnose problems and create personalised treatment programs. Specific exercises, manual therapy, and other methods are used to increase strength, flexibility, and coordination.

Other than recovery, physiotherapy promotes health and fitness and prevents injuries. Patients learn optimal body mechanics, ergonomics, and lifestyle choices from physiotherapists to reduce injury risk and improve long-term health.

Our patient-centered approach distinguishes physiotherapy. Physiotherapists teach patients how to manage their diseases and improve their rehabilitation. The physiotherapist and patient work together to promote holistic health and long-term healing.

Why Choose Evergreen Rehab & Wellness Physiotherapy?

Why Choose Evergreen Rehab & Wellness Physiotherapy

At Evergreen Rehab, we aren’t just your local Langley massage therapy clinic. We consider ourselves rehabilitation experts across a wide variety of services, including physiotherapy.

Physiotherapy is utilized for patients who suffer from specific conditions to improve their quality of life, by either partially or fully restoring function to the body’s system. Physiotherapy includes a diverse array of medical services that are designed to improve and promote a body’s optimal mobility and physical performance. Physiotherapy is also utilized to help relieve and manage physical pain, as well as aiding the body’s rehabilitation process.

Physiotherapy is recommended when a person is suffering from health problems that make moving or doing everyday tasks painful or impossible. Physiotherapy is designed to help our patients regain mobility in their bodies and relieve their pain caused by muscle and joint problems. For athletes and people wanting to keep fit, physiotherapy is very helpful at keeping muscles from cramping and bodies in top shape.

At Evergreen, our goal is to make our patients’ daily tasks and activities easier so they can continue living a healthy, active lifestyle. We also recommend physiotherapy for patients recovering from certain surgeries, arthritis, or chronic pulmonary disease. While physiotherapy can be used as a standalone treatment, it can also be used in conjunction with other services.

For instance, if you’ve been hunting for physio acupuncture near you, our team can deliver. We are proud to offer acupuncture and physiotherapy to residents within our beautiful community.

Pretty good RMT (registered massage therapy) experience. They do direct billing to 1 provider. Location can be a bit hard to find at first. Can park in the underground parking lot. When you walk back up the parking lot ramp, Evergreen is on the right past the 504 sign.

Suji Hong, the acupuncturist, is the best I’ve ever known. I had foot injuries that lasted for a couple of months, but after receiving three sessions of needle treatments from her, the pain is gone! She is very professional and caring, and she pinpoints the exact areas where I have issues. If you are looking for a trustworthy acupuncturist in town, I would highly recommend her :)

Sarah Park is the best kinesiologist I have ever experienced. Always impressed by her superlative job of providing best solutions and delivering the immaculate sessions. It's easy to feel that she is very knowledgeable, passionate and caring. Having an amazing experience with Sarah has led me to switch from other clinic that I have been taking physio to take physio sessions at Evergreen.
