Atlas uses 100% volumetric casts and cast data captured from plaster casts, negative neutral foam impressions, STS slipper casts and the Accu-Pin Depression Casting Matrix as well as our 3D Laser Scanner.

All files are staged and stored as STL files, which are kept ongoing in our systems. Production of all custom foot orthotics is carried out using 3D casts to vacuum form raw materials to produce the prescribed shell.

10 Step Process

WHERE ALL ORDERS ARE SCANNED AND VISIBLE DURING PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING UPDATES ARE SENT WITH EVERY ORDER

Step1.

When your patients’ casts and corresponding prescription form arrive in the laboratory, an individual production/order number is assigned and the items are segmented for production. The cast may be plaster of paris, foam impression, STS sock, LaserMark Scan or Accu Pin Scan.

Step2.

The order details are documented and entered into our systems; the prescription form scanned and saved in our proprietary custom data base platform; and the work order scanned into our production systems.

Step3.

The casting information is captured and analyzed by our technicians and quantified information is stored in our systems database for future reference and ordering.

Step4.

The individual files are corrected according to prescription and the desired materials are formed over the positive models for each orthotic.

Step5.

Quality checks are performed with the newly molded orthotic shell and the materials are scanned into the next phase of production – grinding.

Step6.

The devices are scanned as they enter the posting and grinding stages where they are fabricated to prescription and ground to a precise fit to ensure comfort.

Step7.

Once again the order is scanned into the work station where our adhesive team pays strict attention to detail during fabrication placing accomodations, and covering selections to the custom orthotic device.

Step8.

The final stage of production is where the products are finished to size or to fit exactly into the footwear selected, our skilled technicians pay close attention to every detail.

Step9.

Finally the product reaches our qualtiy control and pre-shipment department where all orders are scanned and every aspect is examined against the original order forms.

Step10.

The shipping department collects all products; once your order is scanned and allocated for delivery your account will receive an update email containing the courier tracking information.

Pretty good RMT (registered massage therapy) experience. They do direct billing to 1 provider. Location can be a bit hard to find at first. Can park in the underground parking lot. When you walk back up the parking lot ramp, Evergreen is on the right past the 504 sign.

Suji Hong, the acupuncturist, is the best I’ve ever known. I had foot injuries that lasted for a couple of months, but after receiving three sessions of needle treatments from her, the pain is gone! She is very professional and caring, and she pinpoints the exact areas where I have issues. If you are looking for a trustworthy acupuncturist in town, I would highly recommend her :)
