  • Conduct careful observations of posture, range of motion and movement

1. Schedule or Ask about a telerehab appointment

2. Fill out an intake / consent form prior to your appointment

  • Electronic Forms will be emailed to you once you book

3. Get your device (Desktop/laptop/tablet/phone) Ready

  • Download PhysiApp from your App store (free) or open it on the webpage : https://www.physiapp.com/(If you are using a phone or tablet)
  • If you are using a desktop or laptop, you will get an appointment reminder email from us with log in details (link and access code) for video chat. Please click the link and put your access code to enter the chat room.

4. Ready for your telerehab session (scheduled video chat)

  • login or open PhysiApp before your appointment
  • or check your inbox and open appointment reminder email
  • Join the video chat room
  • Find a space where you can perform exercises safely
  • Set up your computer on a flat surface where it can be stabilized.
  • Wear active clothing and use a yoga mat to protect yourself during rehab session.
