Chris is a graduate from the Vancouver Career College RMT program, where he acquired extensive clinical training and experience in treating a variety of conditions. His long-standing interest in human anatomy and wellness has led him to pursue the profession of massage therapy. And his experience of going through tough times of his injuries without receiving proper guidance and education has always been motivating him to be a patient-minded therapist.
Chris utilizes treatment techniques that are not limited to but include trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilization, PNF, Swedish and deep tissue massage with remedial exercises. He is always eager to learn and is interested in furthering his knowledge by continuing his education in the field of massage therapy to offer more to the patients of Evergreen Chiropractic and Wellness.
Chris has participated in various outreach placements including CanWest CrossFit, Senior’s rest home, City Centre Care Society, BCIT and more. On his spare time, he enjoys weight lifting and playing sports like soccer and basketball. He also likes to seek for different exercises and try them for himself and to prepare for his patients.
