Evergreen Rehab & Wellness – Brentwood Burnaby Moves to Larger Clinic and Expands Its Services

The Burnaby clinic will relocate from The Amazing Brentwood to a larger space on Lougheed Highway — about a 3-minute drive— adding physiotherapy, chiropractic, TMJ chiropractic, registered massage therapy, manual osteopathy and acupuncture to its existing Pilates and active rehabilitation programs, with a soft opening planned for September 2026.

BURNABY, B.C., August 23, 2026 — Evergreen Rehab & Wellness – Brentwood Burnaby will relocate to a larger clinic at 4247 Lougheed Hwy, Unit C, Burnaby, B.C., and will expand the services offered there when the space opens to patients in a soft opening this September.

The move takes the practice out of its current studio inside The Amazing Brentwood at 1920 Willingdon Ave. and adds physiotherapy, chiropractic care, TMJ chiropractic, registered massage therapy (RMT), manual osteopathy and acupuncture to the Pilates and kinesiology/active rehabilitation services the clinic already provides in the neighbourhood.

The new clinic is only a short hop from the current one — roughly a 3-minute drive, or about a 10-minute walk, from 1920 Willingdon Ave. Existing patients stay in the same neighbourhood, keep the same practitioners and remain within easy reach of Brentwood Town Centre SkyTrain station.

For Brentwood residents, the practical change is the range of care available under one roof. Patients who currently visit the location for Pilates or an active rehabilitation program have needed to look elsewhere for hands-on treatment such as physiotherapy, chiropractic or massage therapy. Once the new clinic opens, those disciplines will be available at the same address, which may make it easier to combine manual treatment with exercise-based rehabilitation in a single plan of care.

The expansion also brings the Brentwood Burnaby clinic in line with Evergreen’s locations in Coquitlam, Surrey and Langley, which operate on a multidisciplinary model in which practitioners from different disciplines coordinate around a shared treatment plan.

An exact opening date has not yet been confirmed. The clinic will announce the date on its Instagram account, @evergreenclinic, closer to the soft opening.

A Growing Burnaby Town Centre

Brentwood is one of the fastest-changing parts of Burnaby. According to the City of Burnaby, the city’s population was estimated at roughly 249,000 in 2021 and is projected to reach approximately 314,000 by 2031, with most of that growth directed into its four town centres — Metrotown, Brentwood, Lougheed and Edmonds. Brentwood Park now contains Burnaby’s tallest residential towers, and the area is served by the Millennium Line at Gilmore and Brentwood Town Centre stations.

Demand for musculoskeletal care in Canada is substantial. A national survey released in December 2025 by the Angus Reid Institute, conducted in partnership with Pain BC and the Mindset Social Innovation Foundation, found that about one in three Canadian adults reported currently experiencing pain that had lasted longer than three months.

Several of the disciplines being added at Brentwood are also part of the treatment that ICBC pre-approves after a crash. Under Enhanced Care, ICBC covers a set number of pre-approved treatments — including physiotherapy, chiropractic, registered massage therapy, manual osteopathy acupuncture, kinesiology and counselling — for the first 12 weeks following a collision, without a referral from a physician or nurse practitioner. Patients need only their ICBC claim number to begin.
