Alicia Jihyun Lee is a Registered Massage Therapist of Evergreen Clinic. She deals with exercise-related injuries and overuse injuries from work and daily life to help client recover efficiently. She is trained to design customized rehabilitative exercise for people with different type of injuries. She has experience in active rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, trigger point pain release, core strength program and post- motor vehicle accident rehab program. Alicia love to share her rehabilitation knowledge with people who want to achieve their personal health and fitness goals.
Also had the opportunity to assist those involved in motor vehicle accidents through their soft tissue injury recovery by implementing active rehabilitation programs. As a registered massage therapist, Alicia is passionate about treating musculoskeletal injuries such as those sustained through fitness, as well overuse injuries incurred through the rigours of everyday life. Alicia’s approach to massage therapy implements a wide variety of manual techniques, corrective exercise and education. Alicia’s goal is to decrease trigger point and pain from overuse injuries, prevent injury, restore balance and enhance function so that you are able to enjoy your daily life activity wit pain-free
Graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy and also has achieved a Bachelor of exercise science kinesiology from University of Fraser Valley. she is also member of the British Columbia Association for Kinesiologist, member of College of Massage Therapy in BC and Canfitpro certified Personal Trainer.
Alicia worked as a personal trainer at Good Life Fitness in the past. She is currently working as a kinesiologist in Vancouver. Alicia was a competitive bodybuilder in South Korea in 2015. Outside of the
clinic, Alicia enjoys strength training at the gym. Alicia Lee is fluent in English and Korean.
