Following a pelvis injury sustained in her early 20s from weight training, Min was unable to find relief through rehab visits, leading her to study human anatomy to better understand her body. This interest evolved into Pilates, which helped her overcome the pains of pregnancy and delivery through mat exercises and stretching.
Motivated to share her experience with others, Min became a professional Pilates instructor, specializing in simple and easy-to-understand exercise explanations that promote a better understanding of each exercise’s concept and purpose.
In her free time, Min enjoys hiking and swimming with her family and holds a freediving certificate.
