Justin is a Registered Massage Therapist at Evergreen Rehab and Wellness – Coquitlam. He completed a 3000-hour Massage Therapy program at Vancouver Career College in 2022.
Justin has gained considerable knowledge and practical experience relating to the human body; this includes common injuries affecting your work and daily activities, as well as chronic conditions that cause constant pain and discomfort. Justin’s goal as an RMT is focused on working with his clients to create a safe and effective treatment plan to achieve their goals and return to their optimal health with the use of many different techniques such as general Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point release, PNF stretching, myofascial release.
Justin has participated in various outreach placements including, BCI, Chartwell (senior care homes), Seton Villa (senior care homes), and City Centre Care Society. He is fluent in speaking Korean and English. Outside of work, he enjoys doing exercises and spending time with his family and friends. Justin loves to travel around the world and enjoys spending as much of his time outdoors such as hiking, playing soccer, tennis and golf.
